Shipping Policy

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We use a processing time of 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 are processed the same day. All products always go through a short processing process before they are shipped.

After processing, average shipping takes 4-7 business days. In total, you can therefore expect a delivery time of approximately 5-10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding if a delay occurs. Of course, we keep you informed and strive to keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping service

For the delivery of our orders, we work together with reliable partners such as UPS. Thanks to this cooperation, you benefit from safe delivery and always have real-time tracking information that makes it easy to follow your package.

To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we offer various benefits. For orders above a certain amount, you benefit from free shipping. In addition, it is possible to choose insured shipping, including priority handling, for a small surcharge. This way you can be sure that your order is handled with the greatest possible care.
